Car washes for photopolymer plates
We can choose different types of photopolymer plate washer depending on:
– photopolymer plate format (mainly the maximum film width is important, e.g. 46 cm or 60 cm – these numbers are used in the names of the car wash)
– the number of plates to be washed in the shortest possible time interval, (eg 100 seconds / 1 running meter of the web)
– aesthetics and the way of car wash execution (stainless steel or powder coated)
– car wash equipment (possibility of drying, adding film trays, cleaning the washing liquid, etc.).
Although there are many types of photopolymer plate carwash – the essence of their operation is always the same: clean the photopolymer plate so that it can be used immediately after washing in the printing process.
